Then and Now

The hotel industry has come a long way from the days of “Background” or “Elevator” music. Musical ambiance now equals décor and cuisine when it comes to setting the tone of the property and is a vital element of the overall hotel marketing mix.

Over the last four years we have seen hotels move from audio cassette to CDs to iPods and now computer based systems.
