BMAsia is the fully licensed Asian market leader for computer based audio ambiance management in the hotel industry.




Established in 2003 (by two British media professionals) as an initiative of the hotel industry, specialised software was designed and developed to meet the industry needs now and into the future.

This software allows the day to be segmented into as many music libraries as the outlet dictates which caters for changing ambiance styles and tempos throughout the day and a changing track repertoire every day.

With individual hotel and outlet design and a myriad of features to cater for operations such as variable theme nights in F&B outlets, changing customer profiles at weekends and annual events like Xmas and Chinese New Year, BMAsia has established itself across Asia and the Middle East from Beijing to Jeddah with over 200 four and five star hotels from all leading brand chains.

BMAsia provides a myriad of custom designed and often award winning playlists from both major and independent labels that create a unique ambiance tailored to specific outlets and clients fully supported by our customer support team which has remote access to every outlet across the region.




BMAsia has over the last four years built a special relationship with all the major management brands including Intercontinental Hotel Group who have become our major corporate client in Asia and the Middle East. Working closely with regional GMs and corporate offices, similar corporate deals have been struck with Hilton, Shangri-La, Banyantree, Anantara and Amari, and more are currently being negotiated with other leading hotel groups. more...
